Hey, could you guys help me get my song GDClique on Geometry Dash? I don't know why it is not allowed for use. Anyways, thanks for reading!
108 characters remaining. Also, I'm a 19 year old music artist from the United States, hoping that one day someone will use my music in a GD level.

So I assume this means you know about NG verified artists and why people aren't just "allowed" right off the bat?
Yes, but for some reason no beta testers or anyone have approved my song yet.

Then you don't understand. You need to have more than one song to look like a credible artist; additionally, there are two levels of verification. Being scouted on NG does not mean that your music is automatically usable in GD. In order to be verified as an artist for usage in GD, you have to create a large number of high-quality songs over time and follow the audio guidelines for each submission. You also need to achieve a decent level of popularity (20+ fans seems to be the cutoff for consideration). Throw in some random chance (and potentially contacting Robtop through Twitter once you have reached a certain amount of credible, good songs), and boom, you're verified for GD. The only user to date that I know of who has gotten verified is Delerium ( https://deleriumgd.newgrounds.com/ )
(I made a typo in the original, which is why I reposted)
Oh. Then my song will never be on GD.
Not necessarily. You just have to keep creating music and getting better at what you do, and eventually, if you're patient, you'll get verified. Those are really the only tips I know how to give on it; if you need specifics, I'd suggest contacting Delerium, or someone else who got verified after the cutoff (if they exist??). Good luck, and have fun! :)
Fine. I guess I'll download GarageBand and learn how to use it. Thanks for the tips.

It says to spill my thoughts. Ok, Rubrub's song verification thingy is stupid. There. I said it.
